High myopia in young children: causes and management

Description
When evaluating a young child with high myopia (>-6.00D), it is important to consider that a large proportion of these cases are associated with systemic and/or ocular conditions. This presentation will review these conditions and discuss the appropriate management of these young patients. A few clinical cases will also be presented.
