Zach Masoud is a Partner in the Business Group in the Toronto office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP. His practice focuses on all aspects of domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional banking and secured and unsecured lending transactions, including acquisition financings, project finance, mining finance, syndicated and bilateral financings and mezzaning financings. He regularly represents Canadian and foreign banks, private equity firms, and domestic and international corporations.
