Manish Soni has over 20 years of energy engineering and project management experience in the industrial energy sector. In the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, Manish works as Industrial Energy Manager and is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic energy management plan for the Port of Vancouver to support the goal to phase-out port-related emissions by 2050. Manish holds a master’s degree in engineering leadership in clean energy engineering from UBC and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from IIT Madras, India. He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
