Wade Carson started his career with Vard Marine as a Junior Naval Architect, eventually transitioning into Business Development Manager, and then VP Business Development, after more than a decade working as an engineer. Wade has worked on innovative projects around the globe and participated in several firsts in the world in marine technology integration. After seven years leading the company’s strategic vision in business development, Wade has taken the role of CEO of Vard Marine.
