As a manager R&D I learned to handle challenges in technology development and implementation resulting in transformations in which people and technology come together. Currently responsible for a new Damen Entity, named Damen Digital Solution. With this role I take the challenge of making digitalization into a success for our clients and partners. My motivation is feed by making impact on both people and companies, helping to tackle challenges on fuel efficiency, environmental impact reduction and manning. I believe that knowledge can path the way forward, implementing Knowledge Powered Operation
