Susanne Carlin has been with the Canadian Coast Guard for more than 10 years and is currently the Director, Training Development and Academic Support (TDAS) at the Coast Guard College. TDAS, a newly formed unit of the College, is key to supporting the Coast Guard’s commitment to being a learning organization. Susanne’s team includes experts in training development, specifically the area of curriculum development and design, and the creation of more accessible learning using e-Learning and regional learning platforms as well as strategic recruitment for the CCG Officer Cadet Training Program.
