Location Name
Bannerman Ballroom
Description

The inclusion of women in the marine industry is essential to its success but, sadly, women are still underrepresented in our workplaces. We know that when you limit the range of perspectives, you limit the quality of the conversation, so welcoming and supporting more diverse leaders in our industry is an urgent and achievable goal. Hosted by Gina Pecore (CEO, Genoa Design International) and Glenn Copeland (General Manager, Lockheed Martin Canada Rotary & Missions Systems, this session will provide a platform for women in our industry to share experiences, perspectives and best practices for the audience to further diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in their workplaces. Please join us for a welcoming and dynamic session that promises to shed light on how each of us can influence the marine industry to set and meet gender and other diversity goals.
