Built deep knowledge and experience in design, construction & operation across all facets of the maritime sector - from small craft in military and commercial applications to major offshore installations in harsh environments - through assessing compliance of these assets to myriad codes, standards, Rules, & regulations. This led to successfully managing the operational excellence of a team of 45+ in delivering these services throughout Eastern Canada and Northeastern USA, while maintaining performance to budget. I now utilize that knowledge and experience in the Offshore Energy space - both in traditional hydrocarbons and emerging transitional & renewable energy sources - to strengthen relationships with our existing client base, as well as build relationships with new clients, seeking to understand their challenges and work collaboratively towards meaningful solutions.

I am also passionate about youth leadership and growth through experiential learning, which I see every day in my involvement with Scouts Canada and The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award.
