As an experienced executive with over 20 years in the technology sector, Colin is a seasoned entrepreneur known for successfully transforming innovative ideas into internationally recognized products. He has a track record of building cohesive, high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and creativity, and driving organizations toward success. Colin holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Memorial University.
From 2012 to 2023, Colin was the Founder, CTO, and later CEO of Radient360 Solutions, Inc., where he spearheaded the company's strategic and technical direction. Under his leadership, the company successfully launched 14 new software products over six years. In addition to managing technical strategy and infrastructure design, Colin played a crucial role in financial planning, raising capital, and maintaining global strategic partnerships.
Before Radient360, Colin founded IDBLUE Inc. where he served as Vice President of Technical Services. Here, Colin was responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing cutting-edge hardware products, including the world's first Bluetooth-enabled RFID pen reader.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Colin is deeply committed to his community. He has served as an Executive Board Member for the Northeast Eagles Minor Hockey Association and volunteers as a minor hockey coach, a minor baseball coach, and a parent volunteer at Cygnus Gymnastics. Colin is dedicated to improving development in minor baseball, reflecting his commitment to fostering growth both in and out of the boardroom. In his personal time, Colin enjoys time outdoors as an avid salmon fisherman and snowmobiling enthusiast, and he expresses his passion for music as a guitarist and vocalist.
