Dan Vyselaar is the Director of Technology and Development at Atlantic Towing where he is responsible for major projects and new shipbuilding programs as well as the company’s sustainability initiatives. Prior to joining Atlantic Towing, Dan worked in the shipbuilding and ship design sectors, with an extensive background in the offshore oil and gas, passenger ferry and government and research vessel segments. He is a professional engineer with his Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and a B.A.Sc. Honours degree in Engineering, both from the University of BC in Vancouver. He is currently completing his Executive MBA from the Ivey Business School.
