LonitaJudge is the Chief Operating Officer for Horizon Maritime Services and volunteers with several marine industry groups. She has dedicated her career to developing strong management systems, ensuring compliance, and implementing measures for continuous improvement.
In addition to her role at Horizon Maritime, she is also the founder of Lonita Judge Services, a consulting business focused on:

developing gap analysis between current processes and best practices/standards
•
initiating and leading the management of change to address the gaps including the development of short-term project plans, internal procedures, design of basic databases, design of internal training, and development of 1-5 year objectives and targets.
•
mapping internal processes and work-flows and advising on improvements to efficiencies
•
auditing for compliance
Lonita serves as the Vice Chair for the Atlantic Chapter of the American Society of Quality (ASQ), volunteers with the Project Management Institute (PMI) in NL and is Vice President of the Atlantic Region of Canada for the Women’s International Shipping and Trade Association (WISTA).
Lonita is both a Registered Canadian Safety Professional and a Project Management Professional.
