Karen Arsenault serves as the Capability Manager for Cyber Assurance and Software Development at BMT Canada. With a distinguished career that began as a Canadian Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Engineering officer, Karen has held senior roles at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada and the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority. In these positions, she led multidisciplinary teams in compliance and security engineering, technical product management, and in-service support. Karen brings extensive expertise in Computer Systems, Networking, Cyber Security, Risk Management, Program Management, and Strategic Development. She is also an experienced educator, having developed and delivered course curricula in Media and E-Publishing at Algonquin College. Her teaching focused on differentiating relevant content, accessing and interpreting government information sources, and developing data management and reporting tools.
