Cristina Rogov is a senior lawyer and Director of Operations at Exeo. With over a decade of experience in various sectors, including the Canadian federal government and a leading law firm, Cristina advises multinational companies on immigration compliance, labor shortages, and high-stakes mobility cases. She also assists individuals with permanent residence and citizenship matters. Fluent in five languages, Cristina has represented clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada, including during compliance inspections and corporate due diligence. She regularly trains lawyers and mentors students while providing strategic coaching on global mobility policies. Committed to access to justice, she offers pro bono support to vulnerable populations and organizations. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor, and Master of Laws and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, AQAADI, and the Ontario and Quebec Bars.
