Kamen has had a 20+ years long career in the marine business. He is currently with MAN Energy Solutions.

Kamen graduated the Naval Academy in Bulgaria in 2001 as a marine engineer and started his career as a sea going engineer on container vessels, bulkers and car carriers. After moving to Canada he continued his career in companies like Liebherr, L3 Harris, VARD.
in 2010 he started with MAN as a technical manager and shortly after he was appointed as the sales manager for the medium speed portfolio of the company in Canada. In this role he participated in many projects like the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ships (AOPS) vessels for RCN, Joint Support Ships (JSS), commercial projects, retrofits.
Since 2023 Kamen has been appointed as Director of Sales for the North American markets and together with his team they look after the promotion of medium and high speed MAN marine engines and propulsion systems.
