With a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from Université Laval, Caroline has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, organizational transformation and organizational development. Over the course of her career, she has held various leadership positions, including talent management, human resources management and sales. These varied experiences have allowed him to develop in-depth expertise in acquisitions, mergers, development and corporate restructuring, with a particular focus on the human aspect of change. Since 2021, Caroline has held the position of Director, Talent Strategy at Davie, a growing company.
