Nathalie Sykora is the Chief Marine and Digital Solutions Officer at CSL Group Inc. in Montreal. She joined CSL in 1998 and has held various positions, including Vice-President, Global Technical Services and Vice-President, Technical Operations and Environment. In her current role, Nathalie oversees the Groups shipbuilding and conversions services, security and information systems, digital solutions, and vessel IT. She reports directly to Louis Martel, President and CEO.

Nathalie holds an industrial engineering degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal (1998). She became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2004. In 2012 she completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School in Boston and became HBS Alumni in 2017.
