Please begin your registration by selecting your registration category. Please note that registrations will be cross-referenced with the current AGE-WELL membership list. If you have a group of persons to register in one transaction, you will have the opportunity to add attendees on the Summary page.

Please choose a password. Creating a password lets you log back in to modify your submission, and speeds up your next registration. This does not need to be the same password you use to log in on the CPB Canada website, or the same password you used for last year's registration.

**AGE-WELL HQP are those individuals who are directly involved with an AGE-WELL project and supervised, co-supervised or employed by an AGE-WELL Network Investigator, received funding through an AGE-WELL award competition, or who were admitted into the AGE-WELL Network through the AGE-WELL HQP Affiliates Program. All AGE-WELL HQP are welcome to attend the conference.
