Cancellationpolicy
•
IfboothspaceiscancelledonorbeforeApril21st,afull refundlessanadministrativechargeof$200.00will apply.
•
IfspaceiscancelledbetweenApril22ndandMay19th,50% oftheboothfeeswillberefunded.
•
Norefundswillbegivenforcancellationsreceivedafter May20th.
•
Noticeofcancellationofboothspaceand/orboothpersonnelmustbesubmittedinwritingandsenttoLeahRicciuti(leah@canplaninc.ca).
Payments
•
Allsponsorshipsaretobepaidinfullbeforethe sponsorshipactivitycommences.
•
Ifpaymentisnotreceived,CACPreservestherightto removeyourcompanyasasponsorunlessspecial arrangementshavebeenmadeandacceptedand agreedto,bybothparties.
•
Paymentscanbemadebycheque,creditcardorother approvedelectronictransfer.
•
Paymentsaredue30daysfromconfirmedapplication.
Boothavailability
Applicationformswillbenumbereduponreceipt,and spacewillbeassignedonafirstcome,first-paidbasis accordingtoyourchoice.Boothassignmentswillnotbe provideduntilpaidinfull.
Insurance
Eachexhibitormustmaintaininforce,duringthedaysof theexhibitionandduringthetwoweeksprecedingand succeedingthosedays,insuranceinanamountnotless than$2,000,000ofliabilityforinjurytopersonsandloss ofordamagetoproperty.Theinsurancemustinclude coverageforproduct’sliabilityandalloperations connectedwiththeexhibition.
Exhibitorserviceskit

Oncetheapplicationisreceivedandboothsare confirmed,anelectronicExhibitorServicesKitwillbe availableasofApril6thontheCACPwebsite.Abooth confirmationemailwillbesentatthattimetothe identifiedcontactpersonwhowillbegiventhelinkto theExhibitorServicesKit.
•
TheExhibitorServicesKitincludestheShow’sRules andRegulations,aboothconfirmationandagreement formandvariousotherimportantorderformsrelating toequipmentandboothsetup.
•
IntheExhibitorServicesKityouwillalsofindcontact informationfortheShowSuppliers,theirservicesand applicableorderforms,shippinginstructionsanda deadlinechecklist.
