There are many considerations that need to be addressed when deciding on the best course of action for myopic patients, not least of which is the safety profile of the various modalities. Although these risks are small, consideration of the risks are key to building trust with children and their families. This course will discuss mainstream modalities for myopia control with an emphasis on the potential risks and benefits.
