An anatomical compartment-based systematic approach to interpret and report MRI in patients with endometriosis will be presented. Detection and description of radiological findings that change clinical management will be emphasized. Tips and pitfalls relating to each compartment and reporting will also be presented. This presentation aims to raise awareness about the importance of a systematic and thorough approach to pelvic MRI.

- Identify the different pelvic compartments relating to interpreting and reporting endometriosis on MRI.
- Apply standardized reporting of endometriosis on MRI.
