Dr. Adnan Sheikh is a Clinical Professor at the University of British Columbia and Musculoskeletal and Emergency/Trauma Radiologist in the Department of Medical Imaging at Vancouver Coastal Health. Additionally, he is the Associate Editor for the "3D Printing in Medicine" journals and previously chaired the RSNA 3D Printing Special Interest Group. Dr. Sheikh completed medical school in India specializing in radiology, and later pursued fellowships in Musculoskeletal Imaging and Emergency Trauma Imaging at the University of British Columbia. He engages in multidisciplinary research initiatives with researchers in orthopedic surgery, and physical medicine and rehabilitation. Notably, he was the radiology lead for the marrow study on astronauts at the International Space Agency, supported by the Canada Space Agency and NASA and published in Nature Communications. Dr. Sheikh is a fellow of the American Society of Emergency Radiology and the Canadian Association of Radiology. COI: None Declared
