Dr. Schmidt is a diagnostic and interventional neuroradiologist at Dalhousie University and the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He received his medical and graduate training at the University of Toronto and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Western University. He completed fellowships in Pediatric Radiology at the Hospital for Sick Children and Neuroradiology at the QEII Health Sciences Centre. He works with RAD AID, is active on the board of the Canadian Society of Neuroradiology and chairs the Royal College Subspecialty Committee in Neuroradiology. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, beachcombing and sea kayaking.
