Description: The workshop will introduce attendees to new techniques and showcase recent advances in biopsy equipment, markers, machines, and localization procedures. The workshop will also provide an introductory experience to currently available AI tools. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with these new tools.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Provide tips and tricks for successful stereotactic guided biopsy.
- Provide tips and tricks for successful ultrasound-guided biopsy.
- Recognize the importance of the use of tissue markers after biopsy.
- Describe different methods of non-wire pre-operative imaging guided localization.
- Review currently available AI tools for breast cancer screening.
