After completing Engineering degree in Electronics and Computer Science and Master's degree in Signal Processing applied to Medical Imaging, I pursued a PhD on perfusion assessment using Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in Paris, France. Afterwards, I completed medical school at the Faculty of Medicine of Sorbonne Université, Paris, France, followed by an internship in Radiology at the Reims University Hospital, Reims, France. I completed a clinical internship in oncology imaging at Henri Mondor Hospital, Créteil, France. I work as an oncological radiologist at Henri Mondor Hospital in Créteil since 2017 and I am a Professor of Medical Imaging at Paris-Est Créteil University since 2024.
My major interests include oncologic imaging – mainly primary liver cancers and hematologic malignancies. I have a special interest for optimization of instrumentation in MRI and in hybrid PET/MRI and I aimed at identifying diagnostic and prognostic imaging biomarkers in oncological diseases using instrumentation optimization and artificial intelligence resources.
I am also highly interested in the clinical value of dual-energy CT in patients with acute abdomen or with GI and liver cancers, including optimization of image contrast and contrast medium dose, functional evaluation of pathological organs (i.e. bowel wall in small bowel obstruction) and solid tumors.
