You will enjoy an adventurous foraging walk in the North Saskatchewan river valley with wild food guide Kevin Kossowan, where you will learn about 10-20 species of wild edible plant and fungus, with a focus on their use in the kitchen. Paired with a tour of RGE RD Restaurant and The Butchery, a butchering demonstration with Chef Blair and a small bits and hors d’oeuvres tasting featuring foraged ingredients.
