Rejo oversees multiple large accounts and performs on-site risk engineering assessments for both existing and potential clients across various major industries, adhering to Marsh Advisory guidelines and standard operating procedures. His role involves consulting with clients on strategies to mitigate hazards to minimize or prevent losses, as well as identifying technically viable opportunities for enhancement that align with the clients' goals. Additionally, as the National Power Generation and Renewable Lead, Rejo supports the national power generation segment by maintaining a technical understanding of new and emerging risks and technologies, including nuclear, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and wind energy etc. Furthermore, he currently provides risk engineering survey support for a diverse range of Power Generation clients in North America. His expertise also ranges in managing risk recommendations, support during insurance policy renewals, and engaging in both client-facing and insurance market-facing activities.
