Shoshana began her career as a policy advisor for the Ontario Energy Minister, where her hard work and leadership qualities did not go unnoticed, leading to her promotion to Director of Policy, a role in which she played a pivotal part in shaping energy policy in Ontario.
After over three years of impactful service in government, Shoshana took a bold step to further her influence in the clean energy landscape by joining Invenergy, North America's largest privately held clean energy company. In her current role on the government relations team, she is responsible for engaging with stakeholders across four provinces—Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. Shoshana’s work is crucial in fostering strong relationships with federal governments and ensuring that clean energy initiatives are prioritized in policy discussions. She navigates complex regulatory environments and advocates for sustainable solutions.
She embodies a spirit of service and community engagement. As a volunteer on the Ontario Trillium Fund Grant Review Board, she actively supports initiatives that promote cultural and community development.
In her personal life, Shoshana is equally passionate about growth and learning, whether she’s on the tennis court honing her skills or taking French lessons to expand her horizons.
Shoshana is the recipient of the Woman in Renewable Energy, Woman of Distinction Award 2024 and was selected as Corporate Knights’ 30 under 30 2024. Shoshana holds a Bachelors in Economics from York University.
