In her role, she connects public policy discussions with real‑world energy challenges — including demand growth, grid constraints, electrification, energy efficiency, and major infrastructure projects — to support the transition to more resilient and competitive energy systems.

With experience across both public and private sectors, Delphine works closely with governments, institutions, and industry partners in highly regulated environments. She brings a pragmatic, systems‑level perspective to complex energy issues, bridging policy intent with on‑the‑ground implementation realities.
Through her professional work and public engagement, she contributes to thoughtful, practical conversations on energy policy, energy systems, and long‑term competitiveness — with a focus on how we build energy systems that are both resilient and fit for future growth.

Delphine has national and international experience building public‑ and private‑sector relationships through her work with Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, and non‑profit organizations across Europe, Africa, and Canada. Beyond her professional role, she is actively engaged in the French community in Ontario. In her personal time, she enjoys swimming, freediving, and hiking, and is a parent to a young child.
