Kristyn is a tri-lingual power & utilities lawyer with more than 25 years of experience practising energy law. Her career spans the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Kristyn is currently counsel with the Corporate Commercial Group in Dentons Canada LLP’s Toronto office. She has a corporate and commercial practice focused on energy and climate change, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, commercial arrangements and corporate governance. Kristyn has advised numerous global and domestic energy companies on M&A and has acted as counsel to Canada’s top lenders in infrastructure project finance.
