Dan is Managing Partner of Selkirk Advisory Group, an independent firm providing structured finance solutions and financial advisory services for the alternative energy sector, with a specialization in project finance. Since inception, Selkirk has been mandated on more than $2.5 billion of structured finance transactions, including many energy storage project financings. At Selkirk, Dan leads origination, structuring, underwriting and transaction execution, as well as managing the strategic direction of the firm. Prior to Selkirk, Dan practiced law for 8 years in the Banking and Energy & Infrastructure groups of Torys LLP in Toronto. Over his career, Dan has advised investors, borrowers, lenders, Indigenous groups and other project stakeholders on several billion dollars of project finance, M&A, and development transactions. Dan is based in Toronto.
