A professional engineer with more than 24 years of experience, Paula is a leading voice in the renewable energy industry, recognized for her ability to connect technical, commercial, regulatory, and policy perspectives. She has supported the development and evaluation of more than 24 GW of renewable energy projects across North America and beyond, with expertise spanning energy storage, project development, electricity markets, procurement, due diligence, transaction negotiations, and commercial strategy. Paula holds degrees in chemical engineering and the biological sciences, as well as an MBA in finance, bringing a distinctive combination of technical expertise and strategic leadership to the energy transition.
