Jordan counsels’ Sussex clients to help them understand and anticipate an evolving energy sector. He helps them navigate complex regulatory markets, develop strategies to anticipate and inform government policy, and successfully meet their corporate objectives. While at Sussex, Jordan has specialized in helping clients understand and navigate energy policy, procurement processes, develop strategies for distributed energy resource adoption, and improve the regulatory environment for electric vehicle and data centre infrastructure. Prior to joining Sussex, he spent over a decade with Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator where he held senior positions in government and corporate affairs, and before that at Queen’s Park where he advised three different Ministers of Energy.
