Dr. Stelios Nikolakakis graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry with a Bachelor of Science Degree and Doctor of Optometry Degree in 1996 and then he established his practice in Etobicoke, Ontario. In parallel, he took additional education which set the stage for him to be a master guide for those in need of breakthroughs in their lives. For a while these were separate domains in his life. Then came a life challenge that sent him on a personal search which resulted in a merging of his abilities. At first, his search was for skills and tools needed to help his son, born with many challenges. This brought him in contact with giants in optometry, Drs. Robin Lewis, Robert Sanet, Paul Harris, Nancy Torgerson and Stefan Collier. This helped Stel realize that to do the most he could for his son, he must do the most he could to develop his own skill and awareness. At that moment his special talents were fully engaged and rather than just help one at a time in his offices, he channeled his energies in energizing groups of people, both simultaneously in-person and via the internet, motivating a higher level of engagement, involvement, and commitment to the higher dynamics of changing lives through vision. This sets the stage for a far more purpose driven life for all those who come in contact with him.
