Nicole is the VP of Commercial Development at Antora Energy. Antora Energy is unlocking zero-emissions industrial heat and power, cheaper than fossil fuels. Antora’s thermal batteries convert low-cost, intermittent renewable electricity into reliable industrial energy.
Nicole is a leader in developing and delivering clean energy and decarbonization projects, with over 20 years of experience in energy infrastructure deployment. Previously, Nicole led origination, project development and commercial operations for energy-as-a-service microgrid projects at AlphaStruxure, a joint venture between Schneider Electric and Carlyle, and launched emerging energy technology businesses at the construction giant Mortenson. Nicole served as Director of Development at NextEra Energy Resources, where she managed the development of $2.5 billion in utility-scale wind and solar projects across Canada.
Nicole is a Sloan Fellow in Innovation and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds an undergraduate degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
