The AMS-RPR, a state of the art robotic arm which is industry 4.0 ready. Our arm is able to recognize any bollard mounted on a ship or quayside due to the special developed AI software integrated into the system which is in constant connection with the cloud and enables the system to be self-learning and become more intelligent with each mooring. The arm is operated from a (mobile) tablet or screen which can be on the bridge or quay-side while pressing the moor command. The whole process is automated which makes operating the mooring arm an easy operation. As the arm is able to work under any given weather conditions mooring becomes safer, quicker and greener. Mooring forces up to 200 KN per mooring rope aren’t an issue. As our systems are modular we have a tailormade client solution.
