Shawn Balding is the General Manager of Canal Marine & Industrial Inc. (CANAL). He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Victoria as well as being a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician. He has been in the electrical industry for 25 years with roles including being a patented power supply designer, North American engineering manager, and global offer safety chair for a European Multinational electrical energy and automation equipment manufacturer. Recently, Shawn has been driving electrification within the marine industry and growing the business for CANAL.
