At the centre of all successful organizations, is the people. Without the right cadre of personnel, the maritime sector would not be able to operate, meeting the needs of the present and for future industry evolution. Training the right people, begins within our educational and vocational training centres. This session provides an opportunity for key learning institutes to update on how they are approaching the personnel demands of an evolving marine sector.

In this session we will hear how the educational institutes are rising to the challenge as well as hearing from current students. Students will be sharing their learning experiences as well as insights into the exciting projects that they are involved in, at their respective institutions. 

The key to success, is for educational and vocational centres to partner with industry and listen to student aspirations, blending that into a adaptable learning solutions that meet the needs of the industry now and for the future.
