Phoebe has 10 years’ experience within the naval defence contracting industry, specialising in Submarine build and dry dock refits. Phoebe began her journey in the Marine industry in 2016, joining BAE Systems, Barrow-In-Furness through a Project Management Higher Apprenticeship, gaining an BSc (Hons) in Project Management. She worked on the Dreadnought and Astute Programmes for 6 years, primarily managing and supporting the outfit of major hull units. In 2022, Phoebe took an opportunity to move from the UK and join Babcock Canada, to work on the Victoria Class Extended Docking Working Period (EDWP) Programme. Her primary responsibilities on the HMCS Victoria refit include leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones, specifically supporting the structural survey and hot work repair phase.
