Pre-Sales Exhibitor Applications

Thank you for your participation in this year's CACP Annual Summit and Trade Show. As a benefit of your participation, you are eligible to book your exhibit space during our pre-sales booking period. This pre-sales period will secure the lowest booth rates and you will be offered a choice of booth location based on the order of your application.
The floorplan is going through some last revisions, and is expected to be available for selection, by timestamp of application, in late August.

Pre-Sales booking period runs from 10:45 AM (Pacific) on August 12, 2025 until 10:45 AM (Pacific) on August 13, 2025.
Once your application has been reviewed and the floorplan is available for selection, you will receive an email advising of next steps.
