Dr. An Tang, MD, MSc, FCAR is a Professor of
 Radiology at the Université de Montréal, abdominal radiologist at the Centre Hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) and researcher at its Research Center. His research program on quantitative imaging biomarkers of chronic liver disease and liver cancers is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and by Onco-Tech. He has contributed to the development of Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (LI-RADS) and is a Steering Committee member. He was the inaugural and former Chair of its International Working Group. He is a recipient of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Honored Educator award.
