Shaheer Aziz has spent over a decade driving innovation in the renewable energy sector, contributing to the development and financing of more than 1 GW of renewable assets across Australia, Canada, the United States, and Japan. As Vice President of Business Development at Hydrostor, he leads initiatives in Canada and Australia, focusing on project development and commercial revenue contracting for Hydrostor’s portfolio, including the Quinte Energy Storage Centre — a 500 MW Advanced Compressed Air Project in Southeastern Ontario. With expertise in financial modeling, commercial contracting, market analysis, and project development, Shaheer continues to advance clean energy projects worldwide. He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and is a registered professional engineer.
