John is currently the VP of New Market Development & Sales covering the Americas for the Energy Systems product line at Westinghouse. The Energy Systems product line consists of the AP1000 advanced nuclear reactor, the AP300 Small Modular Reactor (SMR) and Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES).

John has more than 20 years of experience in the power industry working with nuclear, energy storage and renewables. He has worked in both Fortune 50 companies including GE and Lockheed Martin and startups commercializing new technology that includes. His commercial experience includes global sales, marketing, product management, applications engineering, strategy and business development.

Previous to working in the energy industry, John spent 15 years in the semiconductor industry in a variety of engineering and commercial roles, primarily in analog, power management and telecom markets.

John holds an MSEE from Clemson University, an MBA from Villanova University and a BSEE from Drexel University. He is originally from Philadelphia, PA and currently lives in the Lake Nona area of Orlando.
