OPTOFAIR Choices

OPTOFAIR fees do not include access to other Congress events. However, exhibitors are welcomed and encouraged to register and participate in the social events (Wednesday's Opening Ceremony and Saturday's Closing Dinner Party), which provide ideal opportunities for networking. Access to CE sessions and functions of the Congress is restricted to members of the Association, their staff, or guests of the Association. 

Note: Power/electrical services, custom carpet, wired internet, and booth furnishings are not included, but may be purchased separately.

Each booth space includes:

  • 10' x 10' black pipe and drape space with 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rails
    • Note: Island booths do not include pipe and drape, and multiple booths do not include side rails.
  • One 6' skirted table and 2 chairs

  • A company listing and description on mobile event app and the website
  • A company listing with category and booth number in event program
  • Digital list of delegates’ name, title, email, city, province, country (delegates may opt out as per PIPEDA regulations)
